![]() Then the next day I was making coffee in my kitchen at the same time and this time the same driver pulled up outside my house, got out of his van, took a photo of my house, stared at me for a bit, got back into his van, and drove off. She had an attitude of, "well I'm not the driver so why are you complaining to me?" I was pretty much floored by such a half-hearted response, but I figured screw it I'll never use this miserable company ever again. So I complained, and the manager I got on the phone told me this was normal if he was behind on his route (wtf), but she would have a word to the driver and let him know he should at least knock. He even made eye contact with me on the way back into his van, and he just smiled as if to say, "oh well I tried". While I was standing in my kitchen with a clear line of site to my front door and driveway, he pulled up, got out, walked to my door and dropped a card to call without knocking. Last year I laid a complaint with them about one of their drivers in Christchurch.
